Bojangles' Chicken 'n Biscuits

I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but I have noticed that their front doors are always unlocked. I have seen multiple employees eating inside while customers wait in the drive-thru line for 20-25 minutes before being able to place an order at the speaker.

Food we ordered was okay but we had to adjust our order. Unfortunately it wasn?t what we were looking forward to eating. My wife was looking forward to sides of dirty rice and pinto beans but the sides station was disgusting. There was food droppingsscattered all over the station, the food in the containers looked well past it?s prime, what little there was. Fries were atbest warm and limp though chicken and biscuits were hot. And, this was just after 6 PM, not some off hour.

Went in this morning at 645 to get coffee because our power was out.They said we could come in but they would not have breakfast till 700. I asked about the other customer who was clearly reading the paper and having coffee and they said he was a regular. Iguess in pickens sc they get to choose who they can service and who they refuse service to. Never been treated like this at anyother bojangles and I have been to a lot. Sad that we will now need to drive to Easley because the one in pickens doesn?t wantto serve us.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, with employees more focused on playing around than actually working. They frequently forget to bring out food, and when they do remember, it is of poor quality. To make matters worse, I even found hair in my food. The employees are rude and unprofessional - when I mentioned missing food in my order, one of them gave me attitude and claimed they were doing their best, despite visibly not working. I also observed food on the floor in the kitchen, which is simply disgusting. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The chicken sandwich at this place is the best I've had in the area. The only downside is that sometimes they put enough pickles on it, and sometimes they don't. But I will definitely be returning.
