There is literally never anyone working here. Which i get, everywhere is having a hard time getting help right now. We went 3/1/24 at about 7:15-7:30 and the boy working the window started strong but it was quickly obvious to us he was doing way too much. He kept interrupting my husband, to the point that he finally got so frustrated he didn’t even order himself anything. I ended up having to talk over the boy. “Huh” and “what” are some of my least favorite words when it comes to any service working. I ordered mozzarella sticks, the guy working literally asked how many (after interrupting to ask that same question, get to the window and somehow he “didn’t hear me say that” but “had just dropped mozzarella sticks”…no duh. Didn’t get a receipt so chances are i paid for 2 orders to only receive one. Didn’t get straws with our drink, husband went without eating out of frustration. Honestly, just go across the street to mcdonald’s, better service and food anyways.
Like Arby's, but the help doesn't listen or take orders correctly!!! Twice I have order the French dip sandwich I always ask to please add the Au Jus an twice they say it's in the bag an it's not !!! Tonight I went again, the entire sandwich was cold an bread was in pcs an sauce was cold. Your help doesn't care or to busy smoking outside an our not assertive with the customer... very disappointed, buy my dogs loved it !!! This was my last time, need better help....
They were in a rush with 3 cars in the drive thru at the time I walked in and I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. 9 minutes to get the food and then another 6 waiting for someone to walk back up to the front counter because I made the mistake of forgetting to ask for sauce while ordering. Seems like they need more people on the morning shift, very disappointed with service. I was there long enough for their 3rd crew member to come in and complain about how they would be too busy for her to eat her Burger King she brought. Needless to say I will not be wasting half my break waiting at Arbys in Pickens again.
Good service here. (Staff was cheerful, polite, professional.
