Excellent hotel location, five minute walk and you will find yourself in the center of Verona, opposite the Arena!! Very nice and refined hotel with top staff and hospitality Advised!! We stayed one night for work reasons... for reasons not related to us or the hotel we had to ask for a room change, noticing a problem when we went up to take a shower before dinner... they were very helpful, they listened our reasons and found a solution that met our needs... these things are no longer a given and we really appreciated both the availability and kindness of the guys at reception.
