There is an amazing view over Piatra Neamț, the food was great, the portions large enough to leave full with your stomach, and the staff was very fast and respectful. A great experience and a great restaurant.

We waited for a soup, a polnta with cheese and a dough with cheese more than 2 hours!!! Please note that only 3 other tables were turists. The waiter's attitude was so unprofessional during our stay at the restaurant. The view is...spectacular, but having such a bad experience, changes all positive mood.

We had lunch there while on hurry to be on time for our flight from Iasi.Atmosphere was very nice and the view also very good. Our host offered us local specialty Mi Tei Te (hope I type it correctly) and that was excellent. Prices are very low compared to Western European restaurants with quite lower profile.

I have been here while staying for a couple of days in Piatra Neamţ.Pros:- panoramic view; one of the best places to admire the city and surroundings- very good food- decent prices- nice and professional staff - they definitely know how to serve the client - easily to get there by car, although I heartily recommend to go on foot- has food for vegetariansCons:- some design elements are very old (not in a good way) and they should be replacedOverall: one of the best places for lunch or dinner in Piatra-Neamţ.
