Bad service not because of the very friendly and kind waiters but because of the opinionated and unsuitable manager (the brunette and less fit of the two) I am a regular customer and I know the menu well, seeing a new (my favorite) dessert through the app I specifically go to dinner to taste it.... I arrive at the time of ordering and they tell me that they have to check availability....mmm....not a good start.....ok.....I'll wait....then he comes back telling me that it wasn't available .... Having gone there specifically, I kindly ask you to check again and in the meantime be able to speak to those who manage the place for clarification.... the brunette in charge arrives and tells me like this, with a face between who cares and it's not my fault, that he isn't there because from the mysterious direction of who knows where they didn't send him to him and she couldn't do anything about it.... poor..... It's a shame that it's his job to check that everything is there and, if necessary, warn customers of the lack of things on the menu when ordering, not taking the time to pay and then washing their hands as if nothing had happened... . she told me this little story and left without even trying to apologize or anything.... did she eat it? maybe..... she is certainly not suited to do that job given her inadequacy as a manager, she should be certain that she has everything necessary to satisfy customers and/or the humility at least to apologize to the unfortunate and defrauded customer who unfortunately ended up in the place badly managed by this character.... what a disgrace....
