I and my husband enjoyed our late lunch sandwich. also the people offered us to stay closer to the heating, so it will keep us warm.

The building on Piazza Dei Carvalli is a magnificent place to have a wonderfully fresh hot and cold buffet lunch out of the sun inside the magnificent old building or on the terrace outside the bar. We have been there twice now in the last couple of years and on both occasions the food has been superb, the wine very drinkable and the service very, very good. It has always been only local people who seem to eat here which should also tell you something. The coffee we had after was also excellent.

Almost an historical place, on the Piazza Cavalli, in a very pld building. They serve nice cocktails and snack, ideal for a pause.
