Something is plausible for each course, but honestly, it doesn't taste good. The pre-dinner bread was soggy, and the steak had no chewy taste at all, as if it had been eaten in water. It tasted like frozen meat that had been thawed. One mushroom was really well grilled and the sauce was delicious, so it was fortunate.
