Shack hotel is not pet friendly and Owner is not at all pet friendly, insecure even if pets are vaccinated, yet no restrictions imposed on stray dogs with no vaccination roaming around this doesn 't bother him!!! Great area, quiet, not so crowded. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 5

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!at “Happy Shack Wooden Huts” I recently went to stayed here, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. As a pet owner, I always ensure my pets are well-behaved and vaccinated before traveling. However, upon arrival, the manager(I guess) was unexpectedly rude and unaccommodating towards my vaccinated cat. He insisted on the possibility of my pet causing infections, which was both baseless and discriminatory, especially considering there were stray dogs on the property. This hypocrisy was startling and made my stay uncomfortable from the start. A beachside accommodation should offer a relaxing atmosphere, but instead, I was met with hostility and an uncooperative attitude. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of understanding and flexibility in a hospitality business, particularly in a setting where one expects to find solace and enjoyment. I was hoping for a serene getaway but was left with a bitter experience due to the owner’s unwelcoming demeanor and irrational stance on pet policies. This inconsistency in enforcing rules, coupled with the lack of basic courtesy, made me to leave the property as soon as I could. I regret to say that I cannot recommend “Happy Shack Wooden Huts” to fellow travelers, especially those with pets. The beautiful location is overshadowed by the unwelcoming attitude of the management. It’s a reminder that hospitality is not just about the location but also about the warmth and understanding extended to guests. If it were possible I’d have put negative marks for this place. Noteworthy details: Rude and Unwelcoming Senior staff. Not at all pet friendly. Not at all recommended for pet parents.

Amazing food. generally helpful staff and usually pretty responsive. The views are great . Particularly great sunset views. Great view to also watch the boats/trawlers go fishing in the mornings. Service decent overall. Nice range of options too. Salman is always on his toes and is super helpful. The owner is not particularly hospitable or welcoming to solo travellers. Proximity walkable to many other beach side restaurants and places. One of the entrance/exits of the beach is closeby, which makes it easy to get supplies too. It's located at a pretty quiet part of the beach too, so plus points for that. Food drinks: Great food. The owner used to be a chef and the food served here reflects the quality of food. Great range and wonderful choices.

This place is great location. wooden cabin is so cozy and lovely, no bad bugs !! the people here very friendly and nice kind the internet is so fast! working super good and the air conditioning super good too! also the food is delicious! It's a really comfortable place. I highly recommend it!!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
