Palermo's Pizza - Phoenixville

Here are the details: The large pizza was incredibly thin, with barely any cheese or sauce, and the crust tasted like cardboard. The medium Palermo pizza I got had spinach added for an extra $2.50, but I only received five small pieces of spinach—not sautéed, just raw chunks! There were five tiny teaspoons of ricotta and eight little tomatoes, and there was no hint of garlic at all. Once again, the crust tasted like cardboard! As a local, I will definitely be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. The prices are outrageous for such a poor-quality product!

This was my first time ordering from here, and I was really impressed! The pizza was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I arrived late to pick up my order, and they had even prepared a fresh pizza for me because the first one had gotten cold. I will definitely be returning!

I ordered a pizza and a cheesesteak, but what I received was disappointing. The pizza was hard as a rock and tasted like it had been sitting out for half a day. The chicken cheesesteak hoagie also had an off taste, suggesting it wasn't fresh. Both items were barely warm, despite us picking them up just 15 minutes after placing the order. We ended up throwing everything away because it didn't seem safe to eat.

This place is amazing! If I could rate 100 stars, I would. I ordered a cheese steak, a pizza and salad. Spoiler warning, you were there! The cheese steak roll tasted super fresh and it was very soft. I never had a cheese so delicious!! It was very creamy and cheesy! The meat was very well made, and for a 13 dollar cheese steak it seemed favorable for its value. The pizza appeared a bit expensive first, but it paid off at the end! The crust tastes very fresh and it was very crispy. The sauce is a mixture of sweet and sour, and there was a delicious stamp for pizza! The cheese was not bad at ALL. The paprika tastes more like real paprika than the paprika you can buy in the store! The whole pizza had enough fat, not like other pizza restaurants that WAY have too much fat. Finally, this place is the BEST! If you have the chance to order something from here, DO IT. It won't disappoint.

Great to eat at if you literally go there. Don't expect to get your food if you want it delivered though. Had a confirmed ordered that they just decided to not make so we'll be taking our delivery business elsewhere.
