Wendy's - Phoenix

Pastor Ray was the kindest person I've ever encountered. He was gentle and attentive, providing exceptional service. Although I'm not usually a fan of Wendy's, he made my experience truly worthwhile. He definitely deserves a raise! Food: 5/5

My order was supposed to include 5 drinks, but I only received 2 medium Cokes. Additionally, I got two bags: one with burgers and the other with fries and nuggets. I'm really disappointed and I don't think I'll be ordering from Wendy's for dinner again because I didn't get the rest of my drinks. Food rating: 5/5.

They always get our order right and we've never had a problem with the food. It may not be haute cuisine, but sometimes you just want a big, juicy burger and this Wendy's hasn't let us down once in four years.Food: 4/5

Food quality is always great. Not all the staff come off as friendly, but the ones that do give great customer service. My food has always been accurate.
