I used some items we received in the mail, which can feed up to three different meals—perfect when you have kids. I'm not sure if it was just the staff there when I visited, but everything was excellent. I can't complain about the service; the staff was friendly and efficient, and they especially seemed to enjoy themselves when it was busy. When I drove through the drive-thru, it was a bit chaotic, but going inside was much more organized.
This restaurant has terrible service. I visited on November 27th and we were stuck in the drive-thru with two cars ahead of us. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to leave. There were six employees on duty, but only two were working the drive-thru, one handling fries, one preparing drinks, and a young person managing the switch. We waited eight minutes just to place our order and there were still five customers ahead of us. They mentioned they had been waiting over 20 minutes for their food, and not a single employee acknowledged us during our time there. The place was also dirty, and customer service is nonexistent.
I've given this place several chances because I enjoy Wendy's in general, but I've never had a pleasant experience here. I’ve never received a complete or correct order, whether it's through the drive-thru, dining in, or delivery. I understand that minimum wage workers often have a lot on their plates, but that doesn't excuse the continuous issues I've faced. It seems like they just don’t care and only do the bare minimum. Additionally, they don’t accommodate substitutions or adjustments for dietary restrictions.
For the first time in almost 2 years, our order was 100% right and hot and they actually started it before we got in. no homeless hanging around, except biker sucks free wlan. food: 5/5
Current people working there just don't care. Had my order messed up twice with no communication. First time I ordered some chocolate frosty and they didn't tell me they ran out of chocolate, didn't care as much. Second time I go up I order 1 large frosty and two smalls for my sister and mom and when I get up there I'm handed 4 smalls with no explanation. I'm still in the drive-thru trying to get the employee's attention but he's clearly ignoring me as did another employee even though we made eye contact, but then I had to get out of my car and go inside to get an answer which was they were out of large cups. Why couldn't I just gotten an explanation when I pulled up to the drive-thru..
