Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe service here has went down extremely. I use to love going here, to me Wendy 's is 1 of the better options when it comes to fast food. However this location needs to do better. Almost every time I go to this location the line is around the corner, it 's a good 40 minute wait from start to finish in the drive through. To make things worse when you get to the speaker to order no one greets you, it 's complete silence for 15 minutes and then your order is taken (literally just happened again this past Friday). Come on now, how hard is it to say I 'll be with you momentarily I would say going into the lobby is a better option, but unfortunately they lock the lobby door most of the time (I 've been there well over 100 times and the lobby door was only open once). I 'm not sure if it 's lack of management, or that Wendy 's or the people who work there just don 't care, but it 's kind of ridiculous at this point! 40 minutes for fast food? You guys should be ashamed! Either get it together, or close this location! I tried to stick it out, but I think it 's safe to say, me, my friends and family, are no longer Wendy 's customers....
They last too long to give out orders on drive thru i spent 30 min waiting on a 4 for 4 meal for my kid
I'm here early Saturday morning not even lunch time yet and the place is so sticky. The floor is sticky, the soda machine is sticky, the ketchup machine wasn't working. I would rate cleanliness a 1 but the food was fine, didn't take too long to get and it was delish.
Slowest drivethru of any Wendy's I've experienced. Only had one lane one and took 10 minutes per car to take an order. Waited for 20 minutes and and then was told they were no longer serving breakfast and I could come back in 10 minutes if I wanted lunch. Service at this location is always bad, but this was the worst I've ever seen it. Don't go to this dump the service is the worst!
Never seen such a slow paced staff at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Doesn 't help its ran by a bunch of teenagers, did not see one shift leader over 21. Got a front cashier that doesn 't greet the long line of customers waiting on them. Not once did they say sorry I 'll be right with you . No urgency. No courtesy. ???? HIGHLY recommend you get someone OLDER and EXPERIENCED to train your staff on multi tasking and customer service immediately.
