Wendy's - Phoenix

I received the wrong size drink; it should have been a large according to my receipt. I was so tired yesterday that I didn't even think about it until I got home, which is about 20 minutes away from the restaurant. Additionally, I believe I'm finding dog hair or some sort of fabric in my food. I don’t have a photo of it, but I'll be returning for lunch today. If I find anything else, I will update this review. On a positive note, the food was good, but the fries should be made fresh because they tend to be cold. This was my experience on 6/10/21 at around 6:15 PM.

I ordered my food through GrubHub, and they left my frosty at 100 degrees on my porch without even bothering to knock. Seriously, how hard is it to knock? As a result, my first experience with a strawberry frosty was warm and creamy—definitely not what I ordered. GrubHub charged me $10.67 for a melted frosty. I had given one simple delivery instruction: knock loudly. It's frustrating to think that if GrubHub drivers can't follow basic instructions, how do they manage to read street signs? This is something that should concern everyone.

This was my first experience ordering from this Wendy's, and it was disappointing. I placed an online order for delivery and specifically requested 2 large Frostys, but I received 2 small ones instead—what a letdown. To make matters worse, they didn’t include any of the 4 sauces I ordered for my fries and nuggets. I would not recommend this Wendy's to anyone unless you enjoy being shortchanged and not getting what you paid for. I've never had problems with other Wendy's locations, so it seems like this one has staff who either don't care or aren't competent. It shouldn't be that difficult to fulfill an order correctly.

This location used to be great! Recently they have a new GM and he is very bad. When you complain he gets very mean and rude. Threatened to put in a bad review and he could careless. The only good manager left is Julio!

The breakfast sandwich is way better than McDonald?s. I want to know does any location?s in Arizona do the Mystery Bag. I would love to try it. Seen it on social media and it looked amazing
