Her response was to laugh and give me a thumbs up, as if she agreed but didn't care at all. I want to emphasize that this isn't about her race; it’s about the lack of professionalism. Just do your job and provide the service you’re being paid for! It was incredibly unprofessional.
Absolute trash establishment. Rude manager, no sophistication, zero customer service training. Alma the manager needs to be retrained in how to treat and retain a Wendys customer, because this one will Never Return to any Wendys ever again.
This Wendy?s is sad. Needs new staff or new management. Order is always wrong. For example you can be the only one in line and order a baconator and they give you a chicken sandwich. Good thing there is better options in the same area all around this location. Hopefully this location can shape up.
Do not order from here .... (we are not from the area) we are about twenty minutes away from this location and come to find out the burger patties are completely raw inside. Tried to call but the phone just rings and rings . No one answered the phone.
I just spent 15 minutes waiting in your drive-thru, only to be informed that corporate has decided summer is over and you’re no longer open until midnight. Your Google listing, the signs, and even your motto—“Eat great even late”—all suggest otherwise! Something needs to change: either every store should be informed of the new closing time, or you need to update your signs and website to reflect your current hours accurately, and ensure your staff is trained accordingly. I’m really disappointed with the decline in Wendy’s over the past year and a half.
