Never had soul food like this... everything tastes off...and the fish is gooey and stringy even after being fried ?... yes my review is correct.. nowhere does it state this was from last week or recent. I decided to review Today. Thanks.

This Food Truck was at the Juneenth Event Celebration on Monday in Goodyear and I agree 100% with a previous review of this place at a Jazz Fest a couple of months ago. They were unprepared , disorganized very rude! We waited in line for our food for almost 1 1/2 hours only to be told when we got to the pick-up window that they were out of the catfish fries we had ordered! They offered a substitute which we declined requested a refund, which they were reluctant to do. When the lady finally agreed to give me a refund, she only gave me back a portion of what I paid since they don't give any kind of receipts when you order, it was my word against her. I finally took the refund (I paid cash) she offered also the loss. Also, none of them had on gloves and they were picking up food with their bare hands and touching their hair and everything else without washing their hands. Very unsanitary. Will never buy any food from them!

I heard about this place and decided to check it out for lunch! I am glad that I did! I ordered the catfish with Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes and muffin and that was delicious. I also ordered the turkey leg with the delicious sauce and it was good and tender. I ordered the banana pudding and punch...everything was good. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!

My husband went there yesterday. ever since he tried chicken and waffles in long beach he made it a mission to try everyplace where they sold them. he saw this place was selling them so he craved them.he asked about the meal . even tho he wasnt suppose to because we had just started keto). to the lady that was there . it would not hurt you to let a potential customer know that you will help them when you can.he waited for a few minutes and finally decided to walk away . he has a business aswell and he prioritizes customer satisfaction. he migth try this place again. if he does we will update review.

Food isn't good over priced long wait can't customized your seafood boil bag they have a sweetness to their signature sauce that's too over powering
