The Mix Up - Phoenix

The Mix-Up Bar is situated within the Hyatt Royal Palm Resort. The staff behind the bar were extremely friendly, the drinks were expertly crafted, and the snacks were served promptly.

The happy hour at this restaurant is perfect. The atmosphere is great and I appreciated that they had a mask policy for their staff. It made me feel comfortable knowing that they were taking precautions. The happy hour prices are fantastic and everything on the menu is clearly marked. Contrary to what another reviewer said, we did not receive a gratuity added to our bill, but we were happy to leave a 20% tip for the excellent service. As a local, we will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again.

The bartender was excellent. The happy hour specials were fantastic, and the charcuterie was beautiful.

We had a gas from the city and wanted to do something special so that we chose the mix. the atmosphere was as expected, but the service was regrettable. we had to clean our table, as the waiter after the completion of our eating and the first round nowhere in sight was to order a second drink, was challenging, and when the bill arrived close to $200.00 for three, there were objects that were not included for happy hour that we felt the waiter should have informed us during the ordering. then to insert it from the waiter a 27 percent tip on the bill. as a native there are many other places that we would recommend.

We just had a fantastic time during our stay. The music was just right and live.
