The restaurant always seems dirty, with things on the floor and the food being simply disgusting. I would advise against eating here due to hygiene concerns.
This is by far the best BBQ I have had in 15 years. If you enjoy grilling, you must try this place. The owner, Wayne, knows how to do BBQ right. I look forward to coming here for many more years.
The pulled pork was dry and served on a hot dog bun. The potato salad was awful. Stick to ordering only items listed on their online menu, as they may not have other items in stock. The apple pie was undercooked with a thick crust. This is on our list of disappointing experiences.
Fried Kohl tasted like fresh cabbage and nothing else. The greens lubricated as if they had come out of a can and never hit a herb or a wort. Potato salad was watery, but the plates were saved. Oh, the rib tips? You know how to add water to the bottle of BBQ sauce to finally come, yes, that was on the rib tips.
Not worth the money. Spent 48 dollars on a half pound of brisket, half pound of pulled pork, potato salad, Mac cheese, 2 Corn breads. Corn bread was burnt, dry, and cold straight from a refrigerator. The brisket was almost inedible due to it being almost all fat and hardly any edible meat. The Mac and cheese was average, and potato salad was average. Not worth the money spent. Will not be returning. Do not recommend this place. Prices are not justified for the quality of food being served.
