Taco Bell - Phoenix

If you've seen my reviews, you know I'm honest. There is a big difference between day and night workers. The day they get my order correctly. Nighttime makes too many mistakes that bring me back during the day to have made my order as ordered. I wanted to see what's going on in the store. The night team does not focus on what is before them. They're so busy talking about ours they're not in shift. In the meantime, the ride thru is up to the point where the parked in spots cannot get out because the line is not long. Less talk, more focus on your work is required. Managers should focus on getting their crew on the task, vs talking about why this employee does or not. It is clear which shift wants to focus on customer service and who does not. Sad...

I used to be in this Taco Bell and could just describe it's a soup kitchen. And I don't know how to describe it. But of course, that's not the fault of Taco Bell. There are many homeless. There will always be many homeless. The city doesn't do great when you look, so you need to go somewhere. Please expect this if you decide to eat here. I'd order food and go. That's the absolute best. The ride thru experience has always been wonderful. The service is always very fast. Very fast. Every time I order, I get everything I order. That's great because I didn't do it once. And you know how it feels, damn it. I don't know if I should be Karen and make a foot, or just get angry at home because I don't have an extra soft taco. So this Taco Bell would recommend as a place to order food and go, but not to come a place to get food and eat.

It's sometimes busy at 7-8, but it's worth waiting. Not more than 10 minutes. Drive thru lines. Today at 8 or 8:30 it was not busy. Almost and on the way home to eat. Wild Strawberry Limonade Freeze is good to go from 2-5 for Happy Hour $1.00 drinks. Thank you. Taco Bell, Del Taco I like it better, but when Del Taco is closed, I go to Taco Bell .$5.00 dollar boxes are big and a good value.

It's Taco bell. Wrong advertising, I've never seen a bell. It is the McDonald's of Mexican food, we don't eat there because of its good quality, we eat there because it is cheaply fast and artificially flavored to be deceptively delicious. It is pasteurized process for the product and it is a guilty pleasure for all. What else do you want?
