Starbucks - Phoenix

They only had pikes coffee made (very bitter) and they didn't have any Colombian or French roast beans in stock, so I ended up with a cup of coffee I did not enjoy. This franchise used to have a whole variety to offer people, but they're just cutting every dollar To maximize profits and that's what happens when you become a global corporation.

I always come to this Starbucks because it's the only one I know of that is open till 9:30pm . I usually do a mobile order but sometimes I pay in cash there has been a couple times they have told me there not taking cash and I'm like you guys should really have that posted somewhere after a certain time because I always look forward to my Starbucks before work and then you get told no.

Just complained to the staff about a homeless guy sitting about 10 feet away from us sniffing glue. They looked at me like I was a crazy old man(I'm 68) and did nothing. Ok with me, if that's the customer base they're shooting for. I won't be back

If you love getting 2 hour old, melted, double cupped to contain a sticky messy cup coffee- these guys know what they’re doing! Ridiculous.Edit: also just found no straws for my Frappuccinos, yay me!

This was my neighborhood starbucks (about a mile away from my house) but now I drive out of the way to go to the one on Union Hills and 32st. They have gone downhill since Covid I never get the right drink and when I ask for cold foam, I am given something that looks old. When you pay $5 for a drink, you expect the drink you ordered. Some of the employees just don't care.
