They seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, as they were dry and not hot. However, we decided not to complain as this was the first time we experienced this. Other than that, our experience was okay and we plan to visit again in the future.
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and cleanliness of this restaurant. The food was also a highlight, with a variety of light and healthy options on the menu. I enjoyed the simply chicken salad and sandwich, as well as a few other items. I highly recommend trying their thin crust pizza, which was delicious. The fries were a bit of a letdown this time, but the huge, fresh and delicious salad made up for it. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
I had a great experience at the restaurant in January 2022 with excellent food and service. The cheeseburger and fries I ordered were delicious. Aaron was an attentive server. However, I would recommend that management inform their employees of out-of-stock items. I was disappointed when I tried to order Mud Pie for dessert, only to find out they were out. It was frustrating that even my server, Aaron, was unaware until he went to check with the kitchen. Red Robin, please improve communication with your employees about available items to prevent similar incidents. I will continue to visit, but the management should be more aware of their inventory.
You ordered to forget my side salad and the French fries were cold and thrown on the pizza
I originally rated 5* (big food, good prices, friendly staff, very fast to sit), but then I remembered the real frustration. Hopefully this is just a one-off from a new employee. I got the wrong beer (blue moon vs hazy ipa). When I smelled the glass handled and recognized this, the same employee who broke it took it back and took it to the bar to confirm that it was wrong. Then they took the beer to serve the right table. No contemplation from the server, bartender or other servers waiting for the beverage orders of their tables. I can't just ignore this, and their management needs tighter guidelines to what is acceptable with served food and drinks.
