I didn't have to wait long to get a notification that my order was delivered, but 30 minutes went by after I received the notification that it was on the way, so I called the load as it is only 1.8 miles away from my house. lou said there was a delivery in front of me, so I'd have to wait. another 30 minutes, I hadn't received my order yet, so I'll call her back and have spoken with lou again. he claimed that the supplier delivered my order when I told him that I didn't receive anything, he had entertained me with the van. she sounded upset with me and read my address back to me, maybe 4-5 times claimed she delivered it there. then she repeated the complete address with the street and found out that it was delivered to the wrong address. she didn't even apologize for the mistake and offered a refund that doesn't make sense, because I wasn't hungry with any car or they could make it right and I would have to wait an hour. could not offer to speed up my order for her mistake or even repay me the tip of my driver. they could not even discount my order or offer to give credit for my next order. probably will not be ordered again anyway, because I didn't wait for a delivery from here for the first time for almost 2 hours.

If there's one way for me to give no star, I would. this pizza hat customer service is far beyond terrible! I called four times to command one, and every time I called, I was asked to keep what is not a problem. but being forgotten is a problem. I hanged three times after I was asked to keep everyone call for the 30 minutes. the fourth time I asked the manager. she was extremely rude! she asked me if I could call another time when they were busy and short workers. I rejected her offer and told her I tried to put a job in the last 30 minutes. Now I have already worked in a fast-food setting, and I understand how hectic it can be to get short personal; vice versa, their frustration on the customer is over inconspicuous, especially when they are in a leadership position. as a result, as I was treated, my family and I will never spend our hard work money in this institution!
Put an order by postmates. asked for very light cheese, no sauce with regular cheese. I did not get my side of marinara, wings were rubbery, whatever, it is pizza hut so really wanted just a late night after work. I bet the pizza is good for most, but I can't eat it covered with cheese, so my roommate will lunch, I think. I thought the pizza hut would have been a better choice over dominos, hopefully next time they have it right.
Service was quick and fast. Better than Little Caesars where I had to wait a whole hour for some breadsticks.
