I would definitely eat here again. The ingredients were very fresh, the falafel did not contain feta, and the lentil soup was surprisingly tasty. It was refreshing to find healthier options in an airport instead of highly processed or fatty foods. Additionally, they offer a large to-go container of cilantro hummus and veggies, which is a bonus.
This restaurant review is disappointing. It seems that there is no demand for vegan options by air travelers.
You are paying airport prices for fairly simple dishes. The menu is quite limited but does offer a few vegetarian options. Vegetarian entrees include a spicy vegetable bowl, falafel, and a falafel bowl. Vegetarian side dishes include garlic fries, avocado, and a lentil and brown rice bowl. The food was tasty. PHX lacks many vegetarian-friendly options so it's refreshing to see this here. I would return to eat here again.
I was disappointed to find that there was no demand for vegan options at this restaurant, especially for travelers passing through the airport.
The restaurant charges high prices similar to those at an airport for basic dishes. Although the menu is limited, there are some vegetarian options available such as the spicy veggie bowl, falafel, falafel bowl, garlic, avocado, and lentil and brown rice bowl. The food was tasty and it's great to have vegetarian-friendly choices in Phoenix, which lacks many options. I would definitely dine here again.
