Panda Express - Phoenix

I came to lunch at 11:30. There was little to no one. A small group of people sitting inside. Very quiet and cool. The food was fantastic.

Had Panda not Express in months! Every time I had it, I always regretted it. It wasn't there. The first time. There weren't many people who did it too early for dinner rush. But it was very clean inside. The pillow seats look really comfortable, but they are not really soft, but better then the metal chairs. I have half rice and half chow with orange chicken and black pepper chicken. It was delicious. My mother got Chow my with black pepper chicken and broccoli beef. We have a pork egg roll and cream cheese Rangoon to share. It was good, but very fried.

Very good visit! I haven't been to Panda Express for a few years. I was thrilled to try some new entrees, and they put fresh orange chicken as I ordered. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was helpful. You keep the files behind the counter, so don't forget to ask when you pay for your meal.

The food was average and my rice was overcooked, crunchy, and had to be thrown away. It was disappointing since half of my meal consisted of rice.

 The beef bowl was very dry, and without flavor very disappointed
