I ordered the Shrimp and fry basket, the shrimp were delicious, perfectly cooked and crispy. The fries were full of flavor and wonderfully crunchy. Also order the Garlic Parmesan Wings and yes! Is all I can say. I am picky about the wings I eat and these are one of the best. Thank you for the great meal Outta Bronx, the restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere is welcoming and smells amazing. P.S. I'll try to get a picture of the shrimp next time.
We found this restaurant off a recommendation from Google. Small place in a Distressed part of town. Big windows on the front for people watching. Being our first time, the gentleman at the counter said we should try the Shrimp Poor Boy and the Empire Steak sandwiches. We shared both of the sandwiches and they were a hit. Next time we are in this part of town we will be back.
We ordered wings, onion rings, and sandwiches. The wings were exceptional—perfectly crispy without being overcooked. The onion rings were also delicious. I tried the Southside Sub, which had a nice Italian flair. The bread was fresh, and the meat and cheese were good, but I found it lacking in oil, vinegar, and Italian spices, which I usually expect from a New York-themed establishment. This was similarly the case with the Reuben sandwich, which was enjoyable and served on wonderfully thick-cut marbled rye that was perfectly roasted. However, I was a bit surprised it wasn't grilled, as is customary in most New York delis. Overall, it was still a solid sandwich. I'm looking forward to returning and sampling more of their creative fries in the future!
"The place has friendly staff. The burgers and sandwiches were excellent, although the pastrami could have been less salty. The regular fries were also tasty."
