Native Grill Wings - Phoenix

I ordered some food a couple weeks ago. After I placed my order, before I could go get the food my night took a complete turn and it just became a night from hell. Since quite some time had passed while I was dealing with my personal affairs, the restaraunt called me. I explained my situation. Long story short- the manager and wait staff who were closing on Saturday June 3rd took absolute care of me!!!! It was that small act of kindness and compassion that really made a difference for me. Thank you so much!!!

What everyone wants in a sports bar. Colleen welcomed us with her beautiful smile and brought us some ice water, took our drink order and checked in on us. Fish Chips were very good. If they could freshen up the smell of the place it would be ideal.

It's the strangest thing: I think this place smells funky inside. Year or two ago it didn't, and nowhere else I go do I think smells bad, so pretty sure I'm not nuts, but can't bring myself to eat here. It's a shame too because I live super close and there isn't a lot over here.

What a joke this place has become! Yesterday was the second time in the last month that I have sat at the bar for 10 minutes, and not only was I not served, but I never even saw the bartender? It was 1:30 in the afternoon and there were maybe 10 people at the bar? They have now lost my lunch business twice and I have no plans to ever go back during the daytime, maybe not even at all. Both times I've been told that a girl is working by other patrons and they don't know where she went. I bartended for 5 years when I was in my 20's and if I would have left the bar unattended for 10 minutes at a time, I would have been fired! It's ridiculous that this is the only option we have in the Foothills and they can't even get it right. The Vine on Ray has a huge dog friendly patio and will be getting my business from now on
