Lock 1 Distilling Company - Phoenix

Lock 1 distillery is a great place to grab food and drinks! We also love their liquor at home. Our favorite Christmas cocktail is mixing their candy cane whiskey with bailey's. The pizza is delicious. I'm also a big fan of their loaded salt potatoes. Most times we've been there the service has been good. The last time we were there was a Friday night. They have a small kitchen and limited staff so it took us around an hour and a half to get our food. This absolutely would not deter me from going again. We haven't had to wait that long before, I'd just be mindful of when you go. If you're in a rush I'd avoid peak times. Overall I would recommend making the trip out there and looking for their products in your local liquor stores.

Professional operation with excellent selection of distilled beverages and beer, as well as a small menu of well prepared foods. I tried a spirits flight, and liked the butterscotch whiskey best. Sweet, buttery and very drinkable. My SO and I shared a charcuterie plate, which was abundant with cheese, cured meats, olives, nuts and honey. He also enjoyed some tasty calamari. If this place were closer to where we live, would patronize frequently. My only complaint is that the barstools are very uncomfortable.

Stopped in while waiting for the fireworks in Phoenix and was NOT disappointed! Excellent selection of drinks for everyone.. food was fantastic (we got the Sweet Heat pizza) and everyone was great despite how overwhelmingly busy it was. Fast forward to a little hiccup I had with my card and I was able to contact the bar manager and she took care of me no questions asked.. very apologetic and extremely helpful. Will most definitely be back.

We pass through Phoenix twice a year on our way to and from Toronto/Bahamas on our boat ... Excellent service and the tastiest pizza we've had in 20yrs. See you guys in September on our way south

This place is a must see/try... Beautiful decor, homemade spirits, Food is on-point. Since they've incorporated some more entertainment this really is the spot to be. Brunch last Sunday was amazing! I got the breakfast box which essentially was a breakfast bagel sandwich with home fries and it was delicious, the Mimosa flight was very good. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. The music last Sunday was Kyle Mocho and he had the whole place engaged! Can't say enough goodthings
