Lenny's Burger - Phoenix

The food was so good and flavorful. Not too greasy, the condiments used were the right amount and the vegetables were crisp and fresh the buns were toasted to give that nice crunch to the bite and the fries were nice a crispy without being to greasy as well. The drive thru wasn't too hard to order from and the wait wasn't to long it was actually fast. 10/10 would recommend and would go again. ???

On Sunday here landed, around 18:10 in the drive up. 10 minutes in the line before you order the chance. after the order sat in the line for another 15 minutes before pulling up to the window paid almost $40 for what I was saying was müll. the girls in the car have no warning, almost gave us someone else command. after we realized our order that the child's order for our daughter was not even in the pocket they gave us. after the explanation of the girls in the car thru finally have all our food. it gets worse. After we spent more than 45 minutes in the car ride, we managed to find out what we ordered, was not edible, cold and all about disgusting. the burger ordered was thrown together and the bungalow had already fallen apart. next were the chili queues, what we got were 2 hot dogs that were sitting outside and were dark brown with chili no cheese and wobble and speck that I did not ask for. the sweet potato fryers were well cooked and hard. the meal of my daughter was the same eating that was eaten and the oil-saturated leaf and dark leaf as they had been overcooked. not least the tickets I ordered, which were melted in the styrofoam containers where they were served. I called for almost a whole day to talk to a manager, but no one would answer that phone. when I went to the place, I asked a manager and the cook and young girl at the theke helped me. not sure who the manager is, but avoid this place in the night, how for me I will begin to go to another place, that was the worst experience I ever had with lenny

My cash was new that she was cool. there was a homeless man who came into the fountain, who filled his water bottles with Nast hands, which was a shutdown

Stop precooking the burgers! hasn't been here for some time, but was always a good place to get a new burger. all I can say is for the price they should not precook their burgers. they preked them on the grill tomorrow and all day they heated up on the flattop. was completely broken when they told me they were doing it now.

I wasn't long with lenny. but I went today and the waiting period to get the food was thirty five minutes. And when I came home, I opened my burger because I forgot to tell them no wobbles. And when I opened it, I saw a hair. my sister got chicken strips and she asked for buffalo sauce and she gave her ranch.
