Hole-in-the-wall Bbq Joint - Phoenix

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The outdoor setting was beautiful, while the inside was quite loud. However, the terrace was just perfect. The buffet offered a plentiful and delicious selection.

I made a confirmed reservation for six people, but they claimed they didn't have it. Nevertheless, we proceeded with our meal. The food was just okay, and we had to go outside to another building to access the buffet. I wouldn’t choose to go back again.

We ran into a bit of a hiccup when our reservation was missing, even after we received a confirmation email. It could have been a major issue, but thankfully they accommodated us right away. This gave an impression of disorganization. The Thanksgiving buffet was decent; while some dishes were just mediocre, there were a few that stood out as exceptional. Our waiter was fantastic, and the atmosphere was just what you'd expect. Overall, we had a great time. It was a bit pricey, but isn't everything these days?

The Hole-in-the-wall was a great restaurant on the property. Every meal we had there was great, the recommendations made by our server were bang on and she was a delight. Had a sense of humour and was professional but down to earth. The atmosphere was light and energetic, great tunes were being played and all staff was welcoming and friendly. Menu had a good variety and the service was quick.

Grace our server was exceptional. Wonderful experience. We will tell all of our friends and definitely will be back soon. Thank you.
