Hatch-it: Green Chile Burgers Tacos

Genuine New Mexican cuisine, spicy chilis, and friendly staff. You can’t go wrong at this place! I always aim to try something new, but I inevitably end up ordering the green chili stew and the green chili burger—they're absolutely delicious. As a New Mexico native, I can say there's nothing like this restaurant in the area.

It’s also wonderful to dine at a Phoenix establishment that is owned and operated by a local family. The owner and her daughter took our order and then cooked our meals. They also run the charming bakery next door, Corner on the Market, where you can find freshly brewed coffee, baked pizzas, sandwiches, pastries, breads, cookies, muffins, and other delightful treats. Plus, they offer a wide selection of wine and beer for takeout. We can’t wait to return, and we’ll definitely be bringing our friends along!

I enjoyed every moment of my visit. As someone who primarily follows a plant-based diet, I don't consume many animal products. However, having just moved from NYC nine months ago, I'm always eager to try new foods and occasionally step outside my usual diet for a unique experience. This place definitely did not disappoint! The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I believe I had beef tacos and one chicken taco, and they were delicious.

The burger and the loaded fries were absolutely insaaaane. Hatch chiles were super dynamic with flavor and warmth. The loaded fries were ONLY $2.50 and were like eating Hatch Chile poutine. I tried three green chile cheeseburgers when I was in Santa Fe last year and I wish one was as good as Hatch-It?s! Everyone was also super friendly and the menu is vast and wondrous.

Hatch green Chiles burgers were delicious! This place has something for everyone! Burritos, tacos, bowls and burgers! Boys burger club filled the place up on a Friday at lunch and they accommodated us. Served amazing food and were very quick and efficient! Special thanks to staff for such a great lunch!
