Ginza Sushi Fusion Cuisine - Phoenix

GREAT Sushi Restaurant. Kristina (the bartender, server, runner and host) is great. Very warm for special requests. Prices are reasonable. The Happy Hour is the whole day until 18:30. There is a bar and an outdoor seating area. The quality and toughness of food keeps us back.

Cool place, beautiful outdoor seating and seriously delicious Udon. The service was fast and they are super friendly. Thanks for the great meal!

We have an event for 70 people, very good service. The soup was not as salty as I am used to, so I assume they don't msg, don't quote me. Veggie tempura roll was excellent, but avocado roll the seaweed skin was very hard and hard to chew. Very generous with fresh ginger discs and washabi.

This is a great sushi place. You could use the staff to help with busy times in the kitchen. But I guess to keep the prices for Happy Hour, you just have to plan to enjoy your visit a little longer. Get a drink and appetizer and you'll be good. The staff is nice, they have a sweet lady I think it's a landowner. She always thinks hard, but makes time to stop and say hello. She remembers us even wth mask. This is a person who knows her guest. A great experience. Despite the longer waiting times, it is good food received great price.

I had the Chefs Sushi Lunch Combo and it was delicious! The fish was fresh and it comes with a salad and soup too. The dining room was clean and the waitress was nice and attentive. I’ll be coming back for sure!
