Frost Gelato At The Biltmore - Phoenix

I’ve relocated from this area, but I make a point to return specifically for this gelato place. There’s nothing else like it nearby. We always bring our guests here too; it’s such a fantastic spot with an amazing experience. The espresso chip and lavender honey flavors are absolutely top-notch!

I recently dined at Frost Gelato and was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The gelato was delicious, and the staff went the extra mile by offering us water to help cool down on a particularly hot evening. They also took the time to answer questions about a family member’s peanut allergy. Their considerate focus on customer comfort made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant—definitely a 10/10! The flavors were delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The customer service was outstanding; one of the staff members even came outside to offer us refreshing cold cups of ice water. Overall, I highly recommend this place—it's truly a gem!

Arguably the best gelato in the state of Arizona. If you would please have Biscoff gelato year round, my heart would be complete. The service is extremely friendly and courteous. Love this place!
