Filiberto's Mexican Food - Phoenix

This Filiberto?s is the worst in Phoenix!! And don?t expect to get any of the daily specials like taco Tuesday specials the employees there want to charge you full price or they say they are out of tacos! Really?? On taco Tuesday??? This place is now real dirty they don?t clean inside. The employees are just rude and this past year this Filiberto?s has gone from being ok to the worst!!! Stay away!

I come to this location often. Never had an issue with my order till today. I ordered carne asada fries with additional of adobada. The young gentleman took my order and called us up. When I opened my plate it had adobada but no carne asada. I walk up to the counter in good manner to explain. As I am standing at the front counter the older Hispano cook looked at me and angryly yelled in his kitchen ?Y este chamaco que le besuca a su comida de pendejo?. I really do not appreciate the cooks response to let his employees know there?s a customer. The cashier explained if it was alright they add it on top. I agreed. When the young kid walked to the cook he denied being able to add it all I. Spanish. I spoke up in Spanish to the cook what my issue was and got disturbed. He did add my carne asada but there?s no reason for him to talk to his employees or about his customer in the manner he did.

This location is great! We have ordered drive thru and eaten in. On Wednesdays we go for the been burrito deal. We always get cheese added for an extra fee but it's worth it. The burrito is huge. I have to cut it in half but my eleven year old eats it so in one session. My oldest always gets the #5 which is the two cheese enchiladas with just rice. She doesn't like beans so we order double rice instead. The enchiladas are a tiny bit spicy but really yummy. I have much respect for them because they will give anyone water off the street even if they know they aren't ordering food. Good family people!

Quesadilla was ok. Rest of the food was great! Carne asada burrito deep fried, carne asada fries. 4 tacos (adobada, carnitas, cabeza and asada). I need 10 more cabeza tacos ??

So every other filibertos gives a drink with the combos except this one also they charged me 2.50 extra for beef enchiladas I've never been charged before for beef honestly I think this location needs to get it together if there are rules they need to follow them smh
