Domino's Pizza - Phoenix

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Our pizza was burned and the garlic bread sticks were also overcooked. We will not be ordering from this place again. We give it two thumbs down.

I have had issues in the past, but this time the pizza was excellent.

On the positive side, this restaurant is conveniently close to my house. However, no one answers the phone as they are understaffed. I understand that the workers are doing their best in challenging circumstances. Around 20% of the time, delivery is not available due to a lack of drivers. It would be helpful to be able to request extra sauce for our pasta, as the amount provided is insufficient. Despite trying to communicate this through delivery instructions and phone calls, it seems to be difficult to make this request. I suggest that Dominos add an option to request additional sauce for their local customers. Thank you.

I placed my order in the mobile app and drove to the place where I checked for the pick up on the back. it was a Sunday night and not very busy. when the app told me that my order was ready, they stopped the 2 minute timer inside, but did not bring out my order. 3 minutes later a hired person comes out and says they have forgotten to make my wings, and it will be 5 minutes more. So not only did they give me my free pizza for the next time by not delivering within the 2 minute window. they made me waste more time, gas and geduld, because they have grounded a mobile job. will not return

We got the same both pizza and they said it was not our problem .
