Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Phoenix

Great customer service. Very friendly always patient with new customers who may not know all the items and/or specials on the menu. The food is great! My personal favorite ???? is the sliced beef brisket with Mac and cheese with bbq baked beans! I would definitely recommend

I wish I could give this restaurant a higher rating, as we have had amazing food and service at two other locations. Unfortunately, our experience here was not the same. We found it confusing on where and how to place our order, and I struggled to read the menu. I would have preferred paper menus at the entrance like other fast-casual places. When I asked the staff member behind the counter for a paper menu, she seemed confused and spoke too quickly for me to understand. The man who took our order for Pork Beans Potatoes was rude and unhelpful, but the woman tried her best to assist. The cashier, however, was excellent. When we received our food, it was not up to the standard we had experienced at other Dickey's locations. There was very little meat and beans on the potato. Despite being asked if we liked our meal, I couldn't bring myself to complain. This was my first meal out in three weeks after recovering from Covid, so I wasn't up for a conversation about the issues. I'm not sure if we will return to this location in the future.

After dining at various restaurants in Arizona and consistently receiving terrible service for the past two years, I had such a fantastic experience at this particular location that I felt compelled to leave a positive review on Google. Graham was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Terry prepared our meals promptly, accurately, and with delicious flavors and perfect temperature. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

We stopped by to get some side dishes. They are so awesome to provide samples. The BBQ baked beans and coleslaw are yummy. We ended up also getting some brisket. Great service from Cas and Terry.

Kiersten? And Grant helped me (sorry if this isn?t the right spelling ???? very friendly, helped me decide what to order. The pulled pork was moist, the ribs are delish. Definitely going back.
