Church's Texas Chicken - Phoenix

I got the fish. Literally the breading from both sides put together was thicker than the fish. You can't tell by the photos but the place is filthy. Like Years Old Worn in Grime. Some of the dirt no doubt has a sad story from the 1950's!

The girl at the window was rude. Gave me my food and just walked away left the drive thru window open. I felt like I was bothering her. No customer service manners. I know it's the hood but sheesh! This isn't the first time but definitely won't be going back to this location or any other churches, second time in a row it made me sick to my stomach ????

Very nice staff and patient as we were figuring out the options (don't come to church often). And fast for getting our food!

Super effective staff. Apologetic it something is still being made and tell you what you're waiting for in your order. Customer service rocks drive thru has quick service to order. Thank you for the extra food! Will be returning in the future!! They know how to expedite food fast and effectively. Thank you Churches Chicken

Missing food from order extremely RUDE manager assumed I was lying tried to tell me that they closed at 7pm when I was clearly in the drive through around 7:55 8pm alo g with other cars..please double check your order if going there and be careful because the manager will assume your lying if you order is incomplete .
