Chronic Tacos - Phoenix

I'm giving the place one star because the quality of the food has really declined. During my last order, they messed up everything. I ordered two veggie burritos and a side of veggie loaded fries. One of the burritos unexpectedly had carne asada in it, and the other, while technically vegetarian, had no sauce at all. The fries were loaded with chicken, too. It was like a cruel joke—if you’re not vegetarian, just order everything vegan because then they really pile on the meat. This burrito was practically all meat! My total was just over $36, including tip, and I definitely requested a refund. I only wanted a refund for the burrito with meat. After a pleasant conversation with the manager, he promised to refund my entire order. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven’t seen a single cent back in my account. I paid $36 for one completely dry burrito. Manager, if you’re reading this, I still have my receipt. I just want my refund.

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming! This was my first visit, and I loved everything about it—the food was full of amazing flavors. The prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality of the meals. I will definitely return! Vegetarian options: They offer plant-based, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices! Dietary restrictions: They have options for plant-based, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets!

The food is incredibly tasty and fresh, but it took three attempts to get my order correct. The restaurant is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food rating: 5/5.

So this is my first time ordering. I was excited but after tonight's order I'm not going back! The food was literally just thrown in the bag. Most it was sitting at the bottom of the bag. I ordered the 2 taco plate with two sides. Got one taco and a couple of beans. I ordered extra salsas, multiple and no extra salsas. I blame myself for not checking my order before leaving but this is the problem... we shouldn't have to check our dam food when picking up take out. Don't waste your time or your money. For what you spend chili's does a better job.
