While I understand the need for affordable prices in the fast food industry, it is concerning to see employees in such stressful positions. This can sometimes result in inconsistent quality in the food. There are times when the chips are soggy and stale, while other times they are perfect. Similarly, the rice can be undercooked or heavenly. It is unclear how the company can improve, but it is a relief that they are not affiliated with McDonald's, as this would likely lead to a greater focus on profit margins. Despite these issues, Chipotle remains unbeatable in terms of prices and dedication to quality ingredients. They prioritize natural, organic, and ethical treatment of animals, which is commendable.
This is the second time I have ordered and received very little meat. Additionally, the second bowl was supposed to be a salad but had almost no lettuce.
The bowl was half full. Sour cream was mixed all over the side of the bowl and scattered. Little to no meat and extremely messy. Tortilla was extremely hard and overcooked. Terrible experience.
The Whole30 Salad Bowl was disappointing as it contained only a few small pieces of lettuce. Additionally, if you ask for extra items in your Burrito, there is a high chance that they will forget them, such as my expensive Queso.
I ordered a chicken burrito with black beans and brown rice and recived a burrito with guacamole cheese and beans first of all I didnt ask for guacamole and how the hell do you miss the most important ingredient
