Chick-fil-a - Phoenix

Forget to post as it happened, but I had such an amazing coworkers take my order and I even asked about her name because she was just so nice to take my order while still have the professional atmosphere, so next time they go here ask to abi to get her order quickly and properly!

The service is fast and friendly. The tables are clean. I really enjoyed the waffle-cut fries. They tasted high quality. If you like it hot, try the spicy chicken strips. I will definitely be coming back here more often.

Update: Chick-fil-A cares responded to my concerns in a timely manner. I ordered the delivery again, so that they will redeem themselves, and they did. my food arrived in time and was right. thanks for service adjustment. excessive delivery times. uber eats would have been much faster. at 18:00 o'clock a delivery order has been notified that it would be delivered between 6:58 o'clock and 7:13 o'clock. this time came, and my order never began to be prepared, although my card was charged. I called the restaurant to make sure that my rewards are returned before I canceled my order because of the waiting period. Once we hanged, they started to prepare my order so I could not cancel. my order came at 19:38 clock. to make it even worse, they brought me an earthly shaker instead of a pfefferminze. disgusting! especially when they fix their taste buds on something else. if they try to maintain with delivery, compromise requires the quality of service, then it may not be offered.

I strongly recommend Chick-fil-A fast service friendly staff what more could you ask for and the best salad ever.

Got grilled chicken sandwich was a bit disappointed half the bun was hard and I suppose stale. Otherwise fries and sweet tea were good. Tried to be healthy. Next time it will be fried chicken. After see this I was contacted with a sincere apology and a refund. We had just gotten some not so good news and didn't want to bring it to their attention. Can't wait to go back for a Fried chicken sandwich.
