Blanco Cocina Cantina Downtown Phoenix

We had a fantastic experience on Thursday night. The atmosphere was lively, but the combination of background music and loud voices made it challenging to have a conversation at our table (we were seated indoors). The food was excellent, and we were especially impressed with the service provided by our server, Dante. We will definitely return, though we may prefer to dine outside when the weather permits, as it can be quite difficult to socialize indoors when the space is so crowded.

I ordered a chimichanga and a taco salad, and both were only average at best. If they're serving Mexican food in Phoenix, they really should do better—otherwise, they won't last long. The same goes for their drinks; their signature margarita needs to be exceptional, or they're doomed. The location and atmosphere are excellent, but they need to step it up when it comes to their food and drinks to provide a truly great experience.

Everything was wonderful, but the music was so loud that we couldn't hear each other's conversations. There were just four of us in a booth.

Party atmosphere is overwhelming. Food and drink was decent but not worth the noise. Service was attentive.

First time ! Very good food and service. Music a little loud, but we're old. Max was our waiter and was very personable and helpful.
