Basilic Vietnamese Kitchen - Phoenix

First customer comes for a Saturday dinner. Place is clean and tidy. All tables have space settings. Our server is very polite and attentive. We have a free shrimp chip basket (yummy) to work while we decide what to order. The music gives the ambience a pop vibe. The food we had is great! Pix speaks volumes. However, hot tea could use hotter water. Oh, I was excited to have bubble tea on the menu... but they don't have any during our visit. Bummer. Come back. You'd rather have bubble tea! LOL

Two things: 1. Prepare to burn your mouth and try to get the Pho as soon as possible. It comes hot and tastes like God has all his foot in it. It has an apple to beef that is just heavenly. 2. The fresh bovine spring rolls are due to the peanut sauce. The most unforgettable moment is their take in Thai Ice Tea. It's getting hot. Rather it comes out in a glass that the tea was served like warm chai, with ice added to the glass after the fact. It is a warm soothing, not sweet joy. Definitely in the top 10 of pho experiences.
