Barro's Pizza - Phoenix

Barros has great pizza, but unfortunately, they forgot the salad I ordered. I was disappointed that my entire order didn't come through as expected. However, the pizza was still really good.

I've visited this restaurant twice so far—once during a busy afternoon and another time when it was quite empty. Both experiences featured prompt and friendly service. The food was fantastic, and I loved that there's a kids' play area at the back, complete with small tables, Legos, and a TV showing cartoons. The wings are absolutely delicious!

Barros truly stands out compared to other pizza restaurants.

Barros is my go to lunch spot, at least once a week. I work downtown, this location is convenient and the staff is mostly friendly. Yesterday was my last day going, I came in and ordered to go, like I always do, the guy X that took my order, took it wrong and forgot to add my salad, no big deal! But the issue was some young lady came over and said you didn’t ask for a salad, as if she heard me place my order, which she didn’t. And then she told me that I need to know what I want. Well excuse me!! She was taking orders also and wasn’t next to him. Not only that, but what was the need for her to tell me what I ordered. I come here weekly sometimes 2 times a week and order the same thing! No issues ever, but her smart mouth and unnecessary attitude has caused Barros to lose a faithful customer. I also requested a refund and it better come back on my card.

Love this place. Coworkers and I hit this place often. I am thankful the prices haven't changed drastically due to all the nonsense with the economy(unlike other businesses). The meatballs are to amazing, soo damn tastey. The staff is great too, very friendly, helpful and patient.
