One of the hardest foods to find value, quality and taste within the seafood genre in the valley – you can find in the Blue Water Grill. Although there are some seafood food, not many mind-you, the Blue Water Grill stands in many ways. One is price for value, another is the quality and variety of its offers, the comfort, decor, service and kindness. Every visit we had, they are by far our restaurant with seafood and fish! We love their decor, their ambience as a combination of sushi-gend, fishery and restaurant. I forget that they have a large bar and selection, with some really great mixologists who consolidate some great old-fashioned as well as new drinks such as American Mule, a my Faves; they serve William Hill Chardonnay in a bottle or glass; they also have an excellent Cucumber Mojito. About the many visits to Bluewater Grill, we had some incredible dishes that included but not limited to Sushi Bar treats like their Senorita Roll. A beautiful and tasteful reproduction of Mahi Mahi Tacos. Your Beer Batter Fish Chips are excellent with a fantastic, fluffy and tasty Alaska cod (not only white fish like many other tablespoons) with a crispy, but neatly thin coating that lets the inner goodness of the fish get through. One of the best San Francisco style Cioppinos I had in the area with Linguine Pasta in marinara sauce with many mussels, shrimps, mussels, crabs, crabs and fish. Not to mention the many delicious offers from the Sushi Bar such as its Mahi Mahi Special, the Salmon Special, the Senorita Roll, an extremely well-made Spicy Charred Edamame, the Tuna Maguro; a grandiose Philadelphia Roll; their exclusive preparation of Phoenix Roll; wonderful Salmon Sashimi (Nama-Magash), a magnificent Senorita Roll, the Las Vegas Roll and the always fresh and well made. If you are like us a seafood and fish lover, discriminate at every point – and every point is in the approach, preparation, presentation and taste Bluewater offers.
