After that, she started giving me my food but told me to pull up and wait for the bites. When I checked my meal, I found that my chicken sandwich and fries were cold. I decided to go inside and ask for my order to be made fresh, as I had originally requested. Rose came to the counter and insisted the food had just come up. I took the food out of the bag and asked her to feel how cold it was. She touched it, then slammed all of my food into the trash and made a scene while discussing the situation with her coworkers. Sophia kept glancing over at me and laughing while Rose rudely talked behind the wall. Both women were highly unprofessional. Rose decided to make me wait until she cleared her drive-thru line, which added an additional 20 minutes to my wait. By the time I received my food again, my gyro and bites were cold as well. I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to replace my now-cold food, especially given the way I was treated. These two women need better training and shouldn't be in customer service roles if they can't manage their attitudes.

I have lived in the area for most of my life and have been a loyal customer of Arby’s for many years. Unfortunately, over the past few years, I have noticed a significant decline in customer service. The employees and management have become rude and unresponsive. In my most recent visit, I presented a valid coupon that they forgot to apply, and instead of resolving the issue, they argued with me about it. Ultimately, I was told that "nothing could be done about the charge." This location really needs to improve how it treats its customers. I miss the good old days of dining at Arby’s.

The food was absolutely terrible; everything was overcooked. The premium nuggets were like biting into a dry, hard brick. The woman at the drive-thru window was extremely rude, making me feel as though I was bothering her by placing my order. I’ll definitely be sticking to the Chandler location from now on.
