Applebee's Grill - Phoenix

Omg if it wasn?t for Ale the bar tender girl at 75 ave and Thomas this would of been a bad turn out, she did so great in taking initiative to making our experience the best ever, host at the door completely forgot about me and my husband at the bar, it was after 15-20 min had past-when she asked how much longer for us to get a table the host informed her 29min more since they had removed us from the list, Ale immediately past the info to management and got the ok to sit us down immediately and informed us she would be our server, like I said she did amazing and was so attentive. Love experience when a bad turns to a good with that extra effort from others, thank you Ale .

Food is delicious! But, the portion sizes are too big. The kids menu should be acceptable for customers who have smaller appetites who aren't children. Because what's the point of eating less than half your meal and then taking it to go, only to have it dry the next day after microwaving it? Customers like me who are quite slim and have a small body frame, may not want portions that big. Consider it.

This place is trash. No customer service, after Uber eats delivered our food , food was missing and I had to drive there to get it. Our steaks that they re made were **** when we got home , they were supposed to be well done a total disaster. I will never spend a penny at Applebee's . Ruined our evening and wasted our time.

Always great service in the bar. Was told 45 minutes for a table sat in bar was out in an hour. Great drinks and food was on point

Once we got seated, everything was great. Good food, friendly staff and good music. Got to try their new Halloween drinks, so good.
