U.s. Egg Brunch Moon Valley - Phoenix

I finally got in to this fine establishment. Sundays this place is packed.I ordered the south omelet. The meal had a very good presentation and it was very good. I was gonna only give it a 4 star review, however when I asked Julie why there was liquid at the bottom of the omelet, I received a very good explanation. This particular omelet has salsa in it which seeps to the bottom. Thank you for that. The English muffins were evenly coated with Butter. The hash browns were crispyAndcwell cooked. I just found my new go to place for breakfast or lunch.The staff was very courteous and professional. So if you are hungry come on down enjoy a great meal and the music was on point as was the meal and staff.

Food and service were great as usual. Small details, like warming the syrup and salsa (for my scrambled eggs , are examples of the great service. The atmosphere is good but I was disappointed that a worker (manager? allowed a customer to have a loud political discussion... seems like engaged with the worker. Regardless of what the political view was or someone's 1st amendment right, other customers should not have their meal and discussion disrupted in this way. All customers are paying and should be able to enjoy their meal without one selfish and inconsiderate person being allowed to ruin it. The establishment should have addressed this and should frown upon their own employees engaging in such disruptive behavior. This is enough to keep me away... despite the otherwise good service and great food.

I had to review this here. After my first pick up order was a disaster (I could tell waitress seemed dingy) the owner Mario said he would make it right the next time. He kept his word and he did, our order came out exactly as ordered and he covered it. We of course tipped which he gave to his staff. The order was perfect and quality food. I love the menu here. They close at 230 so order early. The food is really great! I highly recommend!

We eat here 2x a week because we like their food. Often they screw up our orders but I never complain!!! Today we ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches with cold tomatoes on the side!!! All 3 sandwiches were missing the bacon and the tomatoes were hot on the side!!! Grilling the Tomatoes is so gross!!! Why would they do that! It will be awhile before we come back!!!
