The Velvet Buttercream - Phoenix

I’m am so grateful for The Velvet Buttercream team. I was coming from out of state looking for desserts for a bachelorette party. The other companies I was contacting were not getting back to me. I reached out to buttercream the day before we were supposed to arrived. They went above and beyond! I was blown away with their ability to accommodate such a last minute request of a relatively large order. When we picked up the order we had great conversations with a family who was picking out their wedding cake. They were just as impressed as we were! please note fiesta cookies are from a separate bakery.

The store front is incredibly clean with a large variety of options from pre-made desserts, pet deserts, ice cream cakes, bread, etc.! We just moved to the area and have been trying businesses around us and this is by far the best bakery we have ever been to. We purchased two cupcakes, a tart, and a mini cheesecake and everything was divine. You can both see and taste how fresh and meticulously made everything is. The frosting was perfectly sweet and smooth, you can definitely see why they’re named velvet buttercream! 100/10 will definitely be back again!

Ordered a custom cake and the whole experience was amazing. Ordering online was quick and easy and the turnaround time was quicker than other cake places. The cake was soft and rich. Loved every bite of it. Also got red velvet macarons and they were perfect.

We absolutely loved this cake! When I say we, I mean every single person at the party. The cake was delicious. I cut the slices of cake about as small as one could. We had all just had a huge brunch for a baby shower. Several people were full and said they would share, until the first bite, then they needed their own piece. The customer service when ordering and picking up was great too.

I really appreciated that this bakery had a vegan flavor. I had a cherry almond and it was delicious. I will definitely be back.
