I visited this Starbucks location recently and was surprised to find that they wanted to charge me for a glass of water, despite making a purchase. Additionally, the employee I encountered wasn't particularly customer-friendly and seemed more focused on their phone than on serving customers while cleaning dishes.
Light foam does not mean no millZ i ordered a tall latte and got more like a cappuccino amount of cream. I pay extra for breve. I want a full cup. This seems to be happening more and more at Starbucks. Not just this one, all of them. New recipe to cut costs?
Came in right when the barista got there, i thought maybe came in the wrong time but she was super friendly and had no problem taking my order. she was really quick and i left within 3 minutes!! amazing service.
They open at 6. Went in at 6:20 and the girl didn’t say anything but “machines aren’t on I can’t take your order”I understand falling behind but maybe have some better customer service
