The BEST Pasta I've probably ever had. I always get the rigatoni vodka my gf loves the spaghetti pomodoro. We always add the chicken cutlet and a side of garlic bread. Literally made to perfection!! The sauce is amazing and the pasta is SO fresh cooked Al dente which is exactly how I like it! Please be aware that they ONLY make their pasta Al dente (it's literally in plastered all over their socials and truck and their prices are slightly higher because they pay their employees livable wages (WE STAN!! honestly, there is nothing to complain about this place. I will literally wait over an hour because it's that good!!
I went late an a Saturday night, there was no line and the food was ready in just a few minutes. The rigatoni vodka is as good as they say. The pasta is perfectly cooked and the sauce is delicious and just a bit spicy. I got the chicken add-on for mine and it was also well cooked and very tasty. They have a bar cart next to the food truck as well with a small cocktail menu and a few beers and wines.
I’m a s for concise menus and an unapologetic approach to dealing with pain-in-the-ass customers. The sass is ladled on as thick as the vodka sauce and is equally as appetizing. If you’re looking to be imbued with vampire-slaying abilities, I’d recommend the Spaghetti with Oil and Garlic and a side of their crispy garlic bread. The Rigatoni Vodka is probably the better all-around choice if you want a ride to flavor town. I didn’t pay to add any ricotta or chicken to my pasta; I figure if it’s better with it than without, maybe it should come standard. Perhaps I should’ve opted for some extras, because the bread crumb topping on mine just tasted kinda crummy. And that’s my only gripe with Saint Pasta. The price of your meal can quickly skyrocket to $30 for a single serving of pasta with bread. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious and worth a try, but the so-called patron saint of pasta may prove to be a one hit wonder for most of us as it continues to ride the waves of social media. It’s a badass food truck in an ocean full of mediocre competition, completely unapologetic and secure in itself, but it doesn’t have what it takes to make me a regular.
This place is amazing! Located at the pemberton it's a super cool pasta truck. The ladies at the front are super nice. They have the orders placed for pickup so you can see all the yummy goodness and smell it! I ordered the rigatoni pasta and chicken cutlet with ricotta cheese and the garlic cheesy bread. It came out hot and fresh. The sauce was covered in the noods and the ricotta was melting right on top. I couldn't stop eating it. The cheesy bread was crispy and was great to dip into the sauce. Price wasn't too bad. The vibes on top of that was a nice touch. Definitely recommend.
