Pizza Hut - Phoenix

I received my FREE pizza (HUT REWARDS and ordered honey BBQ boneless wings. Never have I had such a bad order from this location. Not only was my pizza COLD, my boneless wings were tiny and overcooked (CRUNCHY CRISPY . The hand tossed crust had this cardboard texture and tasted like the dough had been FROZEN with an aftertaste of freezer burn . Funny thing about this order.... When I went to pick it up and I paid for it, I was told they were just slicing it. The cashier also made mention that it was ordered without beef and pineapple. I told him absolutely not! Yes, no beef, but I specifically asked for pineapple. I asked him to go make sure. 10 minutes later, I finally got my pizza (perhaps they did not put the pineapple on in the first place??? . The box felt hot , but by the time I got home (just 3 minutes later and sat down to eat, my pizza was COLD.... not even lukewarm. HUH? Hence CARBOARD and FREEZER BURN taste to the crust. Tossed it in the microwave and it tasted better, but not by much.

Don 't trust the 35-45 minutes if you order online. It 's been over an hour and the tracker still says 16 minutes away. The store is 7 minutes from here if you don 't catch any green lights. I 've never had a problem with the orders being correct or delicious, but lately door dash has been delivering their pizza for dinner reason and it takes much longer than before.Update: Cold pizza just isn 't the same.

Ordered a deal online my car did not work so I ended up riding my bike on arrival I was informed my pizza was thrown away due to extended time so instead of making me go back home they gave me the order for free and we made great great place to go and the food was very fresh and delicious I would recommend going to this Pizza Hut if you want outstanding service

I ordered for family dinner and picked up my order on 7/21/22 at 9:15 p.m. I ordered pan pizza. It was NOT pan but more like thick cardboard. Sauce was to much. Cheese was scarce. It was very bad! Tried calling store. Phone rings and rings then it disconnects. A waste of time and money!

Food wasn't bad, a little overdone mainly due to lack of sauce but the service was prompt and the employees friendly. They probably would've gotten a 4-star had they remembered my extra cheese, unless their definition of extra cheese is barely a pinch.
