Mis Raices CafÉ - Phoenix

Definitely worth the trip! The mexi mocha blended drink is phenomenal!

This little shop has some of the most creative drinks you can find in the Phoenix valley. Probably the best coffee shop in downtown Phoenix with convenient parking great staff and tasty lattes and more. Did we mention the staff is friendly and nice we love to stop by on weekends the shops in the area also make for a great walk around the block. Try the mazapan latte unless you have a peanut allergy

I stopped by today because I love supporting small businesses and I am so glad I did. I ordered the Horchata latte and it was delicious. The vibe is very cute as well. The only reason I can't rate it 5 stars is because of the service I received from one of the Baristas. I was extremely excited to check this place out but since it's my first time, I was asking questions. The girl helping me, Alexa P (according to the receipt) was not very nice. I brushed it off because at first I thought I probably just took it wrong. I immediately felt uncomfortable asking more questions resulting in me ordering the wrong coffee for my mom. The second time I interacted with her, she was rude again. I commented to my mom and we said maybe she's overwhelmed because there were 5+ customers at the time and she was trying to make all of the coffees in a timely manner but then I noticed she was very nice to a different (male) customer. I still tried to brush it off and not let her ruin my experience but I quickly realized that she did ruin it for me. I had a total of 3 interactions with her and they were all unpleasant. Her attitude definitely changed my mind about bringing my friends to this place if she's going to be working. The other barista seemed pretty friendly though. Hopefully they can hire friendlier people that don't mind answering peoples questions in the future.

Love the mazapán latte and cajeta latte. Having a place like Mis Raíces means everything, representation just keeps on growing! Congrats on the progress as well

All the ladies are great! The coffee is even better! The flavors and balance is on point! Can’t go wrong with horchata or churro lattes.
